Quick poll – is this a “pro-government abolishment” [sic] message??

Ok so I’ve been slumming on twitter with this genius who owns “party van” business who also happens to be an occutard.

Here’s a recent tweet he sent in reference to a sticker I have been selling for a long long time.

mhorger "party van" guylink

@mhorger, super genius, is referencing the sticker shown here:

Now let me ask just a few of questions now:

1) Does the sticker support the abolition of our government?
2) What the hell is “pro-government abolishment”?
3) And finally, is abolishment even a word?

And Bush was the idiot?

Does Obama Know the Difference between Great Britain and England?

In a press conference this evening, the president referred in stumbling fashion to the “English Embassy” in Iran instead of the British Embassy. One can only imagine the kind of howls of derision that would greet any presidential contender if that kind of basic error were made before, say, the editorial board of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. You can watch the video above.

In case the president is unaware, England forms part of Great Britain, which also includes Scotland and Wales, though not Northern Ireland, which is part of the United Kingdom. There is no such thing as an “English” embassy anywhere in the world, and there hasn’t been one for several centuries.

Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised by this latest slip-up by President Obama. After all he recently described France as America’s closest ally, and famously declared that he has traveled to no less than 57 states. But it would be nice if the leader of the free world bothered to look at a map once in a while, or even paid a visit to the British Embassy in Washington, currently housing the Churchill bust that Mr. Obama unceremoniously threw out of the Oval Office soon after his inauguration.

Obama’s latest gaffe also raises questions about his overall approach to the Special Relationship. This has been a presidency that has significantly downgraded traditional US alliances, from Britain and Israel to eastern and central Europe, while appeasing brutal enemies like Iran as well as strategic adversaries such as Russia. All too often, Washington’s allies have been taken for granted, and even undermined. As a senior State Department official put it in 2009, in the eyes of the current administration: “there’s nothing special about Britain. You’re just the same as the other 190 countries in the world. You shouldn’t expect special treatment.”

From siding with Argentina on its call for UN-brokered negotiations over the sovereignty of the Falklands, to placing “a boot on the throat” of BP, Britain’s largest company, the Obama administration has downgraded relations with America’s closest friend and partner on the world stage. The Special Relationship still matters greatly on several key fronts for the United States, from the NATO-led operation in Afghanistan to the global war against Islamist terrorism. US-British military and intelligence cooperation remains vital to the defense of the free world, and cooperation between London and Washington will be imperative in standing up to an increasingly aggressive Iran. The White House will no doubt dismiss this latest faux pas by the president as a slip of the tongue, but it cannot disguise the fact that it has on many occasions treated Britain and other key allies with an air of disdain, and even contempt.

To expect classy, adult behavior from any of these Occupy douches is to make a mistake.

I’m pretty sure the reason is clear to all. Just look at what kind of people we are dealing with and their chosen method of addressing the issues and it is clear.

Occupy Irrelevancy: Is Movement Already Fizzling Out?

On Oct. 5, just 18 days after the Occupy Wall Street movement got started, NBC news anchor Brian Williams declared that it had “spread steadily and far beyond Wall Street, and it could well turn out to be the protest of this current era.”

About a month later, Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs wrote in the New York Times that the Occupy movement was “most likely the start of a new era in America,” adding that “those who think that the cold weather will end the protests should think again.”

Countless other pundits and advocates claimed more or less the same — that Occupy Wall Street was a grass-roots movement equal to if not potentially more influential than the Tea Party.

But two months after it began, the movement is giving every sign of running out of steam. Recent protests have been resounding flops, public support is slipping, and even Democrats are reluctant to embrace the movement.

When you sit on your asses crying about what others are doing why do you expect to be treated like adults? How about getting off that ass and doing something productive?

The Tea Party vs. Occupy Wall Street (Must See Video)

The video left out personal hygiene, drugs use, violence, vandalism and arrest rates, but the philosophical discussion should be enough for the intelligent out there.

So the infants of occupyreno stopped by my office building last night and stuck these all over the place.

Way to win friends and allies asshats, now we hate you even more for vandalizing our halls. Sure gave the Hector the grounds-keeper something to do instead of his already tough job. Now he has to clean up after a bunch of immature idiots like you.

Christie rips Obama over deficit talks: ‘What the hell are we paying you for?’

I would like to know the same thing.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie ripped President Obama for the failure of the debt supercommittee calling the president “a bystander in the Oval Office” in comments Monday.

“I was angry this weekend, listening to the spin coming out of the administration, about the failure of the supercommittee, and that the president knew it was doomed for failure, so he didn’t get involved. Well then what the hell are we paying you for?” Christie said in Camden, N.J. “It’s doomed for failure so I’m not getting involved? Well, what have you been doing, exactly?”

Christie was contrasting the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street movements, saying both stemmed from “anger” with government’s inability to respond to the financial crisis. But while Christie said “both parties deserve blame for what’s going on in Washington, D.C.,” he pointed the finger squarely at Obama for failing to strike a budget deal.

“Why the president of the United States refuses to do this is astonishing to me. If he wanted to run for Senate again and just be 1 of a 100, I’m sure he could have gotten reelected over and over again in Illinois,” Christie said. “He’s the one in Washington and he’s got to get something done here. And it’s not good enough just to say, ‘Well, I’ll get it done after the election.’”

“Now that capitalism isn’t working for ‘everybody,’ some are protesting.”

Why blacks aren’t embracing Occupy Wall Street

Occupy Wall Street might seem like a movement that would resonate with black Americans. After all, unemployment among African Americans is at 15 percent, vs. almost 8 percent for whites. And between 2005 and 2009, black households lost just over half of their median net worth compared with white families, who lost 16 percent, according to the Pew Research Center.

However, these numbers have not translated into action. A few prominent African Americans, such as Cornel West, Russell Simmons, Kanye West and Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.), have made appearances at Occupy protests. “Occupy the Hood,” a recent offshoot, has tried to get more people of color involved. But the main movement remains overwhelmingly white: A Fast Company survey last month found that African Americans, who are 12.6 percent of the U.S. population, make up only 1.6 percent of Occupy Wall Street.

African Americans share white Americans’ anger about corporate greed and corruption, and blacks have a rich history of protesting injustice in United States. So why aren’t they Occupying?

“Occupy Wall Street was started by whites and is about their concern with their plight,” Nathalie Thandiwe, a radio host and producer for WBAI in New York, said in an interview. “Now that capitalism isn’t working for ‘everybody,’ some are protesting.”

Capitalism only fails the lazy who are not willing to work, to risk, and to persevere.

Barney Frank To Announce Retirement

Longtime Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., will announce his retirement Monday at an afternoon press conference in Newton, Mass.

The 16-term lawmaker, whose name is emblazoned on the banking reform law that passed Congress last year, had long been rumored to be ready for retirement. He was previously chairman of the House Financial Services Committee but is now ranking member when Democrats lost the majority in the 2010 midterm election.

Time to run off to the sunset with all the money made from your political dealings huh? I sure would like to see how much this asshat was worth before he started screwing this country up and how much he’s pocketed away since.

The country’s in the very best of hands.
